Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
Mentor is unavailable or misses a confirmed session
Technical issues that prevent the session from taking place
All refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@getyourguidance.com with session details. Refunds,
if approved, will be processed within 7 working days.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or dissatisfaction with mentor guidance, unless there’s
evidence of misconduct or violation of platform policies.

Get Your Guidance is not responsible for any decisions made by students based on mentor advice.
Mentors do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visas.
The platform does not verify all information shared during mentorship sessions; users are advised to
use discretion.
We are not liable for any external communication or services conducted outside the platform.
