Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Mentor is unavailable or misses a confirmed session
  • Technical issues that prevent the session from taking place
All refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@getyourguidance.com with session details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or dissatisfaction with mentor guidance, unless there’s evidence of misconduct or violation of platform policies.

Disclaimer

  • Get Your Guidance is not responsible for any decisions made by students based on mentor advice.
  • Mentors do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visas.
  • The platform does not verify all information shared during mentorship sessions; users are advised to use discretion.
  • We are not liable for any external communication or services conducted outside the platform.
